I was told the installation crew would consist of three to six men, and only one installer came to my home. Also, I was told that the project would take less than one week and the project took three weeks. I love the product and how the roof looks on my house.

When the stuff was shipped, the pallet wasn't loaded properly and the FedEx guy wanted us to help him unload it, which we wouldn't do. Rolland wanted us to help! Some of the stuff was missing; he failed to do an inventory. It wasn't pleasant an
