They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
