I think they could have better communication and better interactions with the homeowners about problem areas. I didn't get a notification that they removed the lean on the house.

They could have improved on the communication throughout the project. I did not fell like their cooperate side was effectively communicating with the installation team. It's like one of them did not get the full the message. In the area where we are and as we were about the estimates and etc...they did not recommend getting snow guards for the roof and that was fine but if you have high end gutters that have the mesh screens over the top then those get turned off pretty badly and i think that they should tell people that if they have a gutter guards that might be damaged by the large chunks o

The end of the project could be more definitive. I'm still waiting for them to come take pictures of the roof. I don't like the open end of that because they haven't taken the photos yet. We are super happy with the roof. It is gorgeous! We are so excited to have it. My only complaint, is that I want the photos done.
