I installed a new metal interlock roof on my home in Anacortes. A big part of the cost was removing the existing concrete tiles from my roof which are a challenge. From the beginning working with sales, Paul and Ross was a pleasure...very responsive and professional. The installion crew and project managers, Tony and Patrick were terrific to work with. There were a few complications due to the existing roof but the Interlock team worked with me to resolve those issues. The crew were punctual and the installation proceeded on schedule. The cleanup was immaculate. My main goal was NOT to see any

They gave us a beautiful roof, for which we get many compliments. The project manager should be fired. I had to rent an outdoor bathroom for them. I wasn't going to let 10 people in my house to use the bathroom during covid.

I already discussed the issues I had on the first day. I think the cleanup process could have been improved. It was clear that the crew worked very long hours without taking any noticable breaks. They also didn't leave the property for any restroom breaks.
