They could have improved on the timing during the project. We expected to get the job completed earlier so we didn't get the leak fixed, but that has since been taken care of.

Love the material, installers worked hard, company picked worst time weather wise to install. Double checking of material needed for job and that it’s on the truck. We’re short the starter strip. If that had been on the truck, whole job would have taken about 5 days, instead of 22, there was a small weather window then. Don’t know WHO pulled the material list. Should’ve sent a driver out with missing material, thats what called a 5 star company. You should have backup local labor lists if you’re going to send your crews far from their homes (7 hours away). Too numerous to detail here. Room for improvement at every stage. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, which is saying a lot: undergoing cancer treatment for over a year during this ordeal, suffering from a back fracture, having five immediate family members die in four years, including the murder of my only child, and wiping out my entire life’s savings. I suffered an emotional collapse from all the stress which has left me with extreme depression.
