We really appreciated Ross' salesmanship. He knows his product, and we were very impressed with the product. He had a good feel for how hard to push for a decision right that second. A lot of people try to get you to sign the minute they are in the door, and he did try to see if we were willing to do that, but when we flat out told him we would never do that, he backed off. We really appreciated that because we aren't good at making a decision like that. If he had pushed more, we would have just said no. However, we still considered it, and we spent a lot of time coming to our decision. In the
