1. You can go with 4. I can't think of any areas of improvement right now. The only comments that we have are this. We plan on submitting a letter about what we think about the product--a customer review--in probably about a year. We like to wait a year to know if we're happy about the product or not happy. Two things though: first, on one side of the roof, there's a distinct linear mark across the roof. When the sun hits it at a certain point, it's more obvious than other times. The other thing is that, ever since the new roof was installed, it seems that we're able to hear outside noises m

I love my Interlock roof. It was installed about 7 years ago. Recently had indication that a little roof leak was occurring and I called Interlock up. Customer service was excellent and they promptly got a technician out to see what the issue was. Ivan was efficient and knowledgeable and identified the issue and fixed it quickly. He checked over the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. I’m very happy with the product and the service.

Was rescheduled 2 times. Once on sight the crew was fantastic very hard worker there is two areas of the roof that looks unfinished notified through the call center again my husband takes day off work to meet contractors to show and address these two areas and they never showed up rescheduled and will supposedly be done in a couple weeks as of two weeks ago so we will see
