They were extremely good at keeping the place clean and tidy. They cleaned up well. It was fabulous. The communication could be improved. I am still waiting for my lifetime guarantee. They cashed the check, and I still have not received it. The office staff needs to up their game. I have not called them, but I asked them directly for that when the job was completed. They said it would be given to me within 10 days of the check clearing. Probably 4. We just had some problems afterward with the financing that went through--there was some kind of breach with our information. Our husband was informed about that, and we weren't happy about it. They informed us that weren't going to have to watch in case somebody got our personal information. I don't know how they could improve; It was all good. Do they ever come back to check the roof for us, or do we check it ourselves? Nobody's come back after they were done. The one person who came originally said he wanted to come back and take pictures for advertisements. I don't know if he
