A bit more communication on the start date would have been nice. I had to contact them to find that out because the material sat in our driveway for a week and we hadn't heard anything so we called them. There are some corners that are very sharp on the roof it would be nice if those could have been bent in a bit more. Also, I thought we were getting a bumper for the door but we didn't receive anything like that, we have an indent in the roof already because of the garage door.

Customer service needs improvement, lack of response or attitude needs to be improved at the office When I called to find out when I might hear from somebody for the installation the response I received was rude and Un-called for. I was just seeking some information, then after getting that cleared up the same person at the office (shawna) told me I would hear from the material delivery person and then I would hear from the installation crew. I did hear from the delivery person but at 6:30 am on a Sunday of a long weekend the installation crew showed up without any notice. Then left within 2
