I had to contact them to find that out because the material sat in our driveway for a week and we hadn't heard anything so we called them. There are some corners that are very sharp on the roof it would be nice if those could have been bent in a bit more. Also, I thought we were getting a bumper for the door but we didn't receive anything like that, we have an indent in the roof already because of the garage door.
