Definitely need better communication between their office and field workers. I received a call initially from a “Benjamin” regarding install date, then a few days later a “Kevin”. Neither of whom I ever met but the office said it was Kevin’s crew doing the install. I had issues with the way tools were left plugged in overnight, product boxes open and bits of roofing material, screws left about my home. Sharp pieces of metal left. I contacted Neil after day four, sent photos of my concerns. The following day the crew arrived but neglected to bring ladders! I provided my own so they could carry

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
