I do not think there was anything they could improve on. They were fast, efficient, they did it in about 6 hours and I thought it was one of the best jobs I had seen done. It was all totally positive. He told me he would deliver the materials on a Friday and he was right there when he said he would and on time or maybe twenty minutes early. They got the job done professionally and in a timely manner and I am very satisfied.

Interlock Roofing is a professional company, they were timely on their construction and timelines, and they did do a good job on resolving any outstanding issues. I think Interlock Roofing could have improved in two ways. First, the delivery personnel. They could either train them better on how to unload their equipment or have a second person come help out. Second, they could improve their communication. If anything changes to the original scope of work, they should notify the owner before going ahead. The only negatives I had were that they didn't notify me on any changes to the roof, and

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
