Nice product The last question that was posed to Jim was about the completion date,which we were assured that it would be completed within the time line. After several phone calls and on week 7 they started. we were told that it would take 2 days which turned to be 7. So i got to listen to pounding on my roof for my week of holidays which were booked for the week after the roof was supposed to be completed, also was told they were to be screwed down instead of nails. Was told by Jim when questioned about the satellite dishes that the guys could return them to the correct positioning which wh

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
