I can't think of anything during the project, it was great. As mentioned above, it would have just been nice to have a bit more of a heads up when the installer was arriving. I almost didn't answer the door and because of so many thefts around lately, we are all less tempted to answer the door to strangers, or to even call the police. When we received the information about the guarantee we were a bit surprised. It seemed to have more loopholes in it that we don't believe we were told. Hopefully it's something we never need. But we thought it was pretty much 100% on everything.

We love the new look of our house! The installation crew was great and although some of the office staff could use a lesson in being more courteous we were overall very happy with the job. After completion of the job the communication from office staff regarding payment was not well received at all and they were rude and abrupt with messages. They were told that upon completion that my husband (who was paying) had to see the finished work before a cheque would be issued. We received a phone call (message) from a lady that was not well received especially when collections was mentioned. VE
