They were only able to do half of my roof the first day so it would be good to send the entire package at one time versus having to wait an entire week to do the other half. My Spanish is not great. The installers spoke very broken English so it was really hard to understand what he was trying to tell me. It would be nice if they had one person on a team that spoke good English.

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
