This system of roofing is far superior to any type of asphalt shingles. After just 8 years my existing asphalt were blowing off and breaking in the wind. The company who supplied these "25 Year" asphalt shingles refused to stand behind their product leaving Us with a full replacement on my dime. So much for customer and support from those people. Interlock roofing was selected and the experience was very customer orientated. They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
