After the sale and before the installation communication was terrible. There is still roofing material on our lawn and in our gutters that is now buried under the snow. Perhaps most problematic is the damage to our parking pad. The dumpster that was parked on our parking pad scrapped a large permanent gouge in our cement. Also, there are numerous chip marks in our concrete where a worker removed some ice. I applaud removing the ice but am not happy with the disfigurement of my parking pad. Please respond to this.

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
