I feel they could improve in the area of communication. I am still waiting for a call and I do have some issues with the installation. I have not been contacted back by anyone. There is left over material laying around. I have called both numbers Collin left me to call. They finished the install 3 weeks ago and he has still yet to contact me back in regards to the issues. The product is great but the company needs to address communication issues. If they knew they were going to have install issues they took forever to get the product delivered then it sat all winter before the work was done.

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
