Pertaining to #10, it took 2 1/2 weeks for my cheque to be cashed. Since I did not give the cheque directly to the office it caused me to wonder why my cheque wasn't being cashed. It took 2 phone calls, made by me, before it was confirmed that they actually had my cheque. I would definitely recommend Interlock Roofing to anyone who is wanting a metal roof. Their product is superior, and their installation crew are very professional. I have a very attractive roof now and I know that it will be so for life.

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
