if they asked I would mostly tell them what I told you in Q.14 Schedule committment: we called on a Wed to see what Interlock was all about they didn't really want to answer questions on the phone really wanted us to make an appointment, they said they could come the next Monday, when they didn't show Monday called they apologised and said double booked had a meeting in Calgary so rescheduled for two days later the Wed, showed up on time. They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
