I was not satisfied with both roofs. We had two and I question the instillation. The promises made by the sales guy and what was delivered were two different things. The Internal commutation fell short and I talk to Neil about bats and solar panels, also about the rotten plywood. There was no sharing of that issue and the installers were not prepared. The supervision of the barn crew was bad. They missed the rotten wood and the strapping we discussed. At this point we can see the sunlight and I'm worried about the bats. They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
