I think they overbooked their installers, so they took a lot longer than they told me it would take to get started. Whatever the issue was needs to be addressed. The installer even told me other customers have waited over a year. That's going to cause some big problems for the company. It is a good quality roof and is worth the cost even though they're very expensive.

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
