It did not seem like Allen was well aware of the process we had to go through. We had to get on the agenda through the city, which caused a hold up because we needed to schedule that meeting. I do not know if they anticipated starting our job sooner, before all of the permission was in place. We were changing the material from asphalt to metal, and our city requires Architectural design board people get a permit for that. W
