Better communication overall, especially by email (so many phone calls these days are crooks and scammers that I tend to ignore the phone). And it would be good to have one person on the job at all times who can communicate clearly in English. That last day nobody could remember where they had left the bird feeder that had been hanging in front, and I wasn't sure I was getting though to them what was missing.
