The estimate I was given was $120 per square foot, and I know metal roofs are forever roofs, but I have a very small home, it is probably 850 sq feet, and I would love to purchase a metal roof through you guys, but the quote was $12,000. I could with my own time replace my asphalt roof for $3,000. If it was somewhere between $6,500 or $7,500 I would definitely consider it. I was depending on the labor cost and the salesman wouldn't reveal that. He wasn't transparent and I did not like that. I wasn't comfortable proceeding with a flat rate number.
