The installation crew mostly did a good job. They were careless during stripping as they damaged two lights, a vent pipe and some siding, which is still damaged. They were suppose to install two nails on each shingle which I paid extra for, but I had to remind them several times but am sure they did not, as I look in my attic and see there are areas where only one was installed. The estimate of my roof area was not accurate (10 squares more than my roof area. I told Michael Baldassari his estimate was off from the start) and Paul would not return my calls to speak to me about the errors - te

The customer service was horrible. Our salesman misrepresented many things. He was late in contacting us with changes made to the contract, in terms of the work being done, to the tune of thousands of dollars, and then he wanted us to pay for that. I just can't recommend them. The salesman could improve upon his customer service and his communication. That would be it. I'm glad that it's over.

This is the 3rd roof I've had installed by Interlock. I put one on my original house, my cottage, and now my new house. They have always done an excellent job, and the aluminum shingles are a great product — light, sturdy, and still looking good even years down the road.
