Improve scheduling accuracy, show up when they said they were going to: original phone call stated work to begin on a Saturday, deliver products Wednesday prior to that Saturday. Work did not begin until the following Tuesday.After the work was completed, still picking up nails and snips of materials on the ground.Also, 4/5 rows on the mud room roof were redone by customer request for misalignment/crooked rows. The wooden shingles on the main part of the house joining the mud room were roughly cut, to install the flashing; did not look like a professionally cut. We opted to redo the shingles o
