Actually installing the correct flashing around our Chimney would've been nice. It has leaked since they did it. I'm very unhappy with that so far. I had questions about if we should remove the chimney before the roof was installed. I was assured there wasn't going to be a problem. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. I'm hoping it will be fixed soon. We've been told the last few weeks that new flashing has been ordered but there's been a lot of rain and a lack of communication. We were hoping for the extra cost of this roof compared to others that there wouldn't be any issues. Unfortunately

From the start to finish, we loved their work and communication. There were no nails, metal bits, or excessive noise. They listened to all questions and addressed our concerns. They were careful to make no promise of a start date that they could not fulfill. The rain this year made it hard to predict! I would do a commercial for them free to endorse their work and product!
