In my case where I wanted the roofing product installed on the sides of my dormers, which was discussed at the time of the agreement of the installation. There was a misconception of how I believed this would be installed on the dormers. There should have been more of an agreement how this was to be installed and what extra products would be needed to accomplish it. If there is a unique or out of the ordinary request for the roofing product installation at the time of the job estimate & agreement for the job to be done.
