I also prefer to document communications by email, as Russell Winslow (Interlock salesman) requested since the beginning of our interactions.The roof was installed on Dec 3+4, 2015.On 12/13/15, since the dumpster still sat in my driveway, I had to email Interlock to get them to remove the dumpster from my driveway. It was removed on 12/17/15.Forgetting that inspection was part part of the contract, I called the city inspector and he came out on 12/15/15. The inspection did not pass as the inspector did not have a permit number and needed specs for the roof.On 12/15/15 I emailed both Russell

From the start to finish, we loved their work and communication. There were no nails, metal bits, or excessive noise. They listened to all questions and addressed our concerns. They were careful to make no promise of a start date that they could not fulfill. The rain this year made it hard to predict! I would do a commercial for them free to endorse their work and product!
