Communication - it was terrible - the initial meeting took place as schedule and I did receive a phone call about start of the project and if possible could the project start earlier - which I agreed to. The project date came and went - I called numerous times and never heard back from any one. When I did call the first time - the person who answered the phone told me that it was scheduled for end of December. Again that came and went. I called a few more times - starting to get frustrated - finally sent in a message to a link on the internet and finally got a call from Al and the communic

I do not know about the product enough to recommend. Their administrative communication should improve. If I had to do it over again, we would not do it.

From the start to finish, we loved their work and communication. There were no nails, metal bits, or excessive noise. They listened to all questions and addressed our concerns. They were careful to make no promise of a start date that they could not fulfill. The rain this year made it hard to predict! I would do a commercial for them free to endorse their work and product!
