They could have improved, and I think it starts with the salesman. I think the contract should have been clearer. The roofer get the plan of the house as to what is going where, and I think the customer should receive a copy too. Then they can check to sure the right materials, snow guards, and whether the bay window suppose to done, front porch to be done, etc. The salesperson was asking if I really wanted it done, and that should have been spelled out. I assumed he was doing that and giving it to the workers, such as the bay windows, porches, etc. It should be spelled out in the contract tha

I was not told the snow would slid off the roof so quickly. We now have damage to our upper balcony from the snow crashing down. Very upset with this. I will have to hire a contractor in the spring to fix my balcony and install something on the roof to stop this from happening.The sales people need to make owners aware of this!
