They have the highest quality product. They should let the homeowner know about anything that needs to be done in preparation for the roof. I had some stuff that was going to go in a dumpster and it needed to move. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time. I think our deck should've been covered better to eliminate any scratches or dents on the plastic decking material. The woman that coordinates all of it was very responsive and pleasant to talk to. I would have liked to have the supervisor come out and do a final check on the job. The crew were hard workers and nice guys but English was not their first language. Asking for certain fixes wasn't always an easy task. When the crew was finished they were heading out to Springfield, I think, and it was a quick departure. I signed the final papers but I have since noticed that where they placed the cupola on our garage is not exactly where it was originally. Slightly off center. I accept responsibility for not being on top of this in the moment but I was focused on correcting other aspects of

Roof installed in late October of 2015. Start to finish a good experience. We knew going it what to expect for costing and everyone looking at a metal roof should expect high costs, but still gave it a small ding on overall costs :). The lead time to do the work was long but that expectation was clearly set during the contract negotiations and they were within 2 weeks of that date. Jennifer was a big help keeping me informed of scheduling and always responded within a day of any message left, if I didn't get her live on the phone.
