Our installation manager, Paul McLaughlin, was terrible. Interlock roofing is not the cheapest option for roofing. My wife & I decided to spend considerably more to have it placed because we care about our home and were impressed by the product. When we decided to pay extra for a premium product we expected good if not great customer service. That wasn't the case. We had issues with damage to our hardy board siding during installation where it met the roof (I would be happy to send pictures if needed) Multiple areas of the house siding had fractured.
