That is the whole key to ordering a very expensive roof. There was a significant delay. If you promise someone six to eight weeks then it is sixteen weeks. That is concerning. If it was a week or two, or three I could have lived with that. The amount of delay should be communicated to the customer. It was close to fifty thousand dollars for the roof. A weekly call from Minnesota with the reason for the delay would have made a difference. They co
