Jonathan was Ok. I did not experience any pressure but it was obvious he was following corporate sales procedures. Experienced too many of these. What turned me off was an initial quote that was $7,200 more than final price. But the final quote was only available if I signed that day. That killed the deal. Would not have mattered how much lower he would have gone. I won’t work with a company who will take advantage of consumers who are not skilled negotiators or know better. Also, independent reviews about customer service also turned me off.

It was a pleasure working with Interlock from beginning to end. The back office was good about setting expectations for job start and duration, delivery of materials (which happened on time) and work to be performed. They were also good about making adjustments to work with trim that needed to be replaced, etc. The crew that did the install and cleanup was very professional and hard working. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend Interlock! This is actually my second roof, I had one installed on a different property 20 years ago and it has held the test of
