The selection, contracting, and installation process when very smoothly. I was concerned about spending so much for a replacement roof - but the final product really make my home look so much better and appears to be capable of actually lasting the lifetime warranty, which made the investment worth it! I'll update my opinion after a few years of wear, but I'm confident my opinion will not change due to the quality of the product and installation process. We agreed to a 6 month deferral between the contract signing and start of work, I had to initiate discussions to establish the start date;
