The workmen had to go to buy a vent sleeve?? because it wasn't written clearly on the invoice exactly how many. Also, I couldn't remember whether the whirlybird was to stay or go. It wasn't written on the invoice either. When the boxes are empty it would be good to throw them on the ground rather then let the wind take them. A few landed in flower beds, no major harm done because near end of season. How long are we to keep the sign up? Nothing is mentioned on the contract. I am surprised that I wasn't asked for more info on the person who we said was key in our decision. He called us after

I would have a hard time recommending them, because I'm not impressed with the office. They need to hire people in the office who know what they are doing. Their crew was very professional. Ron was a great guy. I told Tony exactly what the problems were. He was apologetic when he came out. He sent the bill for the roof, but it wasn't right. I held off on paying it in full, because the invoice was incorrect. I phoned him after two weeks, and asked him to get back to me so I could pay my bill. He sent another bill, but never actually took the time to talk to me like I requested.
