We are pleased with our new Interlock aluminum roof. Ours is Black Slate. The process was seamless from the explanations of the product to the installation. The salesperson John Turnbull was patient and knowledgeable and the installer Moses had great attention to detail. Tony Lupton was the supervisor and was on site several times. All of our questions were answered promptly and correspondence was replied to very quickly. Without hesitation we would recommend the company and product. Our roof presented many challenges given its size and various steep pitches and it was installed without a hitc

The installer was excellent. The follow up by the scheduler was excellent. The sales person was very supportive. They could have been more accurate with the number of ice breaks or snow breaks as I call them. There was an approximate $1,000 over estimate on it. They advertised a discount that was never discussed with me. I was told I received the best price available. They just never told me about the discount that was advertised on the television.

I already sent out a bunch of recommendations out to my friends. They could have answered me about the snow guards. Everything else, I cannot tell you how happy we are with the roof.
