★★★★★The call for the material delivery was not soon enough. We received the call on Monday night and the material was delivered on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the location for the material mentioned in the order form could not be used. So I called the general number and left a message. I was not provided with any driver contact information. And the material was placed in the wrong spot. My family moved all the boxes to the new spot. We did not contact Interlock to move the material once delivered. Moving the boxes ourselves was the most efficient solution.

The guys did a great job of installing it. They were here early every morning and worked a full day; they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. I did get 1 call apologizing for the delay in start date of the project. I was never given a potential start date upon receiving the material. Dave was great, he came out to the house twice, answered any and all questions and seemed very knowledgeable about his product. The only issue, and it wasn't an issue for us, but the only issue was the scheduling of the installation. We made our down payment back in July/August, the material showed
