Installers need to improve their work ethnic. This would improve advertising to the neighborhood that the product and the installers need to start on time and finish in a timely fashion. No one on this block will be using interlock for a new roof.

More advance notice of when the job start date will be. It was moved a couple of times and luckily it worked out for us to be home during the install. Tony was great though and was always happy to answer any questions we had before the install. We did feel a bit pressured to sign an agreement at the first meeting. Offer the discount for one week instead of one day. That shows you have confidence in your product, and are not afraid of a customer looking at other metal roofs. This almost made us say no, to be honest. Also provide addresses of jobs done in the area - looking at pictures is fine
