See other comments. Interlock Roofing could have improved communication and customer service. We were very pleased with the beginning part of the interaction, with the sales piece, explanation of the product, and all of that, but as soon as the contract was signed, there was no contact. They didn't let us know when they were starting, when materials were being delivered, or when they were coming. Once we started having problems, there was nobody to get in contact with to resolve the issues.

We are so happy with our interlock roof from Bruce. We had shopped around because we live on the lake with strong winds and we wanted a quality, long lasting product. Our roof has never changed colour and looks just as good now as the day it was installed. We also love the lifetime transferable warranty. We also love that it is made in Canada so there are no tariffs. Bruce was our sales person. He came right away, explained everything to us. We made the right decision not choosing shingles because of the environment and quality of the product. This was an affordable investment that was worth i
