Keeping to the original timelines, and for winter jobs communicating when to expect workers. This is important since working every day is not feasible at that time of year. Keeping access clear to the backyard for the workers meant keeping the snow cleared to the back yard and through the fence gate from the beginning of winter when the work was slated to start until late February. I would like to hold off on additional comments until we have more experience with our new roof and it's qualities.

The one issue that we had was in regards to the snow guards. When we first started dealing with the salesperson we raised the issue that we were concerned about snow sliding off of the roof , but he assured us that 15 guards was enough. My neighbor saw and said that he had major concerns as well, so we had another 15 guards installed, and after that paths around the house were buried under 5 feet of snow, we ordered another 32. I do not know why, but Gary was very reluctant to sell snow guards for some reason.
