They need to improve on customer service and communication. The installer was a great worker but there should never be one guy on a roofing job. Emanuel is an amazing employee and Interlock is lucky to have him. It seems strange that someone would drive 5 hrs to a work site. They need to ensure that they have geographically located employees. I am not disgruntled and it is a great roof system. I am a little concerned with the number of installers and staff.
