Nor did they tell us it would be sub-contracted. Generally, it was a good experience. I went to the office and got good advice. The salesperson persuading me to pay extra for the extra strutting. The contractor said it wasn't necessary in the back of the house. It's a very old house. John said they would iron it out to make it completely flat. That didn't happen. I asked John if that wouldn't make it too tall for the skylig
