If the timelines are not going to be met, at least some communication about it. Not leaving me in the lurch from mid-October to mid-December. I think two months is not reasonable without any communication explaining the rationale for the lateness. They could have improved in communicating more effectively with the customer, and not keep you waiting for over two month
