There were only 2 crew members and they were worked very hard. More more could have gotten the job done better. The brochure that John gave us showed that a lot of homes had white starter strips. What arrived was a starter strip that was gray. We were informed that they didn't have white starter strips. We ended up hand painting all 38 strips ourselves.

Thanks for getting back to us. Did find it odd we did not have any contact with anyone after the installation to see how things went. I think a check- in after would have been appropriate, letting us know what to do in case of any issues. When we signed off on the project we were given a short evaluation to complete and pass in then. Don't see the purpose since this survey is being sent out and if we had any negative comments it was not private, There was no sign put up during installation to say the name of the company, missed opportunity.
