Quality of workmanship, We were told it would take 5 days by Colin James, it started on June 9 and finished July 9. 1 MonthThe rubber used does not have a the 50 year warranty. We do not think it will last this winter. We were expecting a premium product for a premium price and got taken. The finished edge of some of our tiles has been cut off. The Rep who came to our house said it was to let the water out. So water is going to get under my new shingles. ? We are not impressed but rather embarrassed that we let our selves be conned into buying your product. Jorg and Janice Ebenau

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
