They could be a little more communicative; communicate more about what is going on; we started out in August or September of last year and didn't hear much until November, and we were called again in January. My wife and I would call, asking for the status. They did a fantastic job based on everything I saw, how they were doing and progressing, how they kept the site clean and tidy all the time, and how well they followed the safety practices.

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
