Interlock Metal Roofing (BC) Ltd. was challenged by the roof on our home but managed to replace the whole roof system and repair some rot that was discovered under the roof they removed because of a faulty installation from another roofing contractor 15 years ago. The team working on the job worked very hard and efficiently and had the job done in just over two weeks. The new roof looks so much better and we feel confident we will not have any more issues. Delayed install, many redos of parts/pieces of the installation have been required. Now that I have paid, the last part has not been done. During the project, they could have improved in the areas of installation quality, and communication.

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
