I would caution against this style of roof if they have a steep roof or suggest they include a clause forbidding holes in the purchase agreement. 1. Better disclosure of installation practices which affect perceived roof performance/appearance.2. Develop Installation practices that do not violate integrity of roofing materials. This was quite an experience for us and affected us in ways we could never have imagined. This roof was very important to us and it was a stretch for us to afford so we needed to feel confident that it would keep us dry for many, many years. As an engineer, I am wary

I think the company has a time management problem and a communication problem. It seems to me each time I would phone them, they were hard to reach. As it was, I had to wait until they finished so I could retrofit the sofits. I had to work into December. If not for them, I would have finished in September. If anybody asks, I will recommend them.
